General Return Policy At this time, our site policy does not accommodate returns once an order is placed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting to ensure that your selections meet your needs and expectations.

Damages and Incorrect Orders We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we urge you to contact the shipping carrier immediately. If you require our assistance please email us at spirit@theherbfarm.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable. We are committed to working with you to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

Exchanges  Mainly we sell books. One book. So exchanges are not currently in our repertoire. If you have concerns about your order or wish to replace an item, please reach out to us at spirit@theherbfarm.com

Refunds In the rare event that a refund is necessary, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 24 hours.  Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
