Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are based on the rates provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This applies to standard shipping of products purchased online, with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping Option:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the order.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery is estimated between 3-7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Spirit of the Herbfarm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Spirit of The Herbfarm  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping rates are calculated based on USPS or DHL international rates, the destination country, and the weight and dimensions of the order.
